Tempo day. I was scheduled for 3x2miles, but it turned into 2 mile/2x2mile/2 mile thanks to a bathroom break in the middle. Aside from having to take a little extra rest (goal was 1:00/mile rests), I'm pleased with the workout. It was warm and humid, but I hit the times I wanted.
10:37 (5:19, 5:18), 5:23, 5:19, 10:40 (5:18, 5:22).
I was pretty beat by the end.
