Married, working, training. While my wife has nixed all future attempts to grow glorious mustaches, she has been supportive of my crazy running dreams. Life is good.
Ran an easy 4 miles. Both knees were a little sore, but after some heat and stretching they were feeling better. I haven't been stretching much lately.... maybe doing more of it will get my knees more healthy.
I was super short on time today, but managed to get in a quick 3-miler at about 2am. It was delightful.
Big goose egg today. No excuse, I just didn't do it.
5 miles easy.
