8 easy on the Urb. My Achilles spazzed out about 3 miles in, but a little stretching got it back to normal. I'm worried about this thing. I haven't had Achilles problems in a long time, and I'm not sure what to do about it.

Eccentric calf dips. Quick and easy, do it twice a day. I've done a ton of research on a variety of achilles issues, and this is one exercise that everyone seems to come back to with good success.

Someone mentioned those to me awhile back and I've only done it sporadically and half-heartedly. I'll work it into my daily routine and see how it goes. Thanks, Jake.
