I'm still in the Tri-cities but I'm working through some PF at the moment and haven't been able to run for awhile. I'm getting close though, when I'm able to we should definitely plan a run. How's training going?

Sorry to hear about the injury--they're never fun. Looks like you've been able to keep some of your fitness though, which will pay off once you start back up.

My training has been going well. It could always be better, right? I'm running the Portland Marathon this weekend and I think I'm in PR shape. We'll see...
