3 x 1 mile in 6:16, 6:08, 6:10. Easing into things. No complaints from the legs beyond the usual aches and pains.

I think it's time to start ramping up the volume. I'm still getting aches from the lower right leg, but I'm not sure at this point whether it's posterior tib or shin splints. Dull ache instead of the sharp pain the tib had been giving me. For the most part, no pain while running. I figure I can either live in fear of it or (intelligently) ramp things up and see how it responds.

I mean, it was no Tuscaloosa, but it was better than expected. Seriously, the park system was excellent for any town, let alone one with 5000 residents.
