Conditions were 76/76. Very swampy, but it feels cool to me after the worst of the summer. I felt great throughout the workout. After I finished #4 still waiting for the acid monkey to jump on my back, I decided to let loose a little on the last 2.
PM - 4 easy. Near Destin FL with the family the rest of the weekend.
