AM - 16 in 7:05 avg, last 9 or so in the 6:45-6:55 range. Hamstring at 95%. Almost perfect aside from a few minor twinges.
PM - 6 easy, no watch. Started very slow and tender and warmed into it. Estimating 7:30 avg. New mileage PR of 104 for the week (previous 101).
