6 easy + weights. Started a gym membership to work on strength this summer. I'm horribly weak. 3 sets of 5-6 each on squats (95 lbs), deadlift (95 lbs), bench (115 lbs) and chin-ups. It's really sad how badly those squats wrecked me.
